DEAR GOD 21

Royal Honor and Integrity
To whom does this reside
In the heart of man?
Or a Spirit from the heavens
You, O God, who bestows Your Wisdom
To only those that are searching
For Mercy and Justice
And Your sanctuary of salvation
That no man can see
But he that hears the call
Moves forward striving
To reach for the high calling
Dressed for battle
Sword in hand
Yet filled with Grace
And determination
To finish the race
For in this age of degradation
One must move alone
While the world dreams
Of princesses and royalty
And within the same breath
Conducts politics of war
To crush mundane mortals
The innocents and unfortunates
The masses that have no hope
Or future to brighten a heart
For Terra’s terrain is a desperate sphere
For a soldier to conquer
Making way to open the gate
For others to press forward
Enabled by the sacrifice
Of warriors pledged to uphold
Your Truth…
For even I, as much as I can understand
Struggle to keep the vision alive
Of The Fruit of heaven
And it’s reward of Love
For the clouds of man
And evil move over the
Continents to smother Life
With such great darkness
That my heart faints
And I wonder O God
If our next imminent choice
Will be fatal
To all
Unless You reach out
To us
With Your Royal Scepter
Of Honor and Integrity

I can only hope
As I close my eyes and wish
Make it so…

About just stevie

First and foremost...I am not a writer! That is very evident if you start from the beginning. These blogs are the result of an intense relationship with my heavenly Father and I wanted to put my thoughts into writing. Words and music are very powerful...together...each having it's own interpretation! This encourages me that every day be different, with new thoughts and directions. Even now, that surprises me when I go back and re-read an experience I've gone thru. I think I can say, that my writing has improved with time...enjoy...
