And the sun rose in the east
After 40 days of annihilating rain
And Noah fell to his knees
In thankfulness for a Faith
Given to him to sustain life

Life rewarded to him and for those with him
For his enduring Faith that he held onto
In spite of the trials and anguish of ridicule
Over the last 100 years
Never giving up…never looking back

The warrior stood and wept
For those that would not believe or comprehend
God’s anger for evil that overtook His creation
And utterly destroyed it surpassing all previous eras
Now gone…erased from the face of the earth

They would not believe the words of a man
Prophesying judgments from God
That had never been recorded much less spoken of
But their hearts revealed their faithlessness
And so turned to make the man the fool

Thousands of years later
History repeats itself and man stands on the precipice
Of judgment from God and angels again
Our time in which we have blatantly shunned God
And have purposely chosen to turn our backs on Him

And the one who stands to proclaim the anger of God today
Ensuring that the path to repentance and salvation stays open
For the few humble souls that diligently seek Him
Will remember the Faith of the warrior Noah and the tears he shed
For unrepentant souls and unnecessary loss of life

For even this day, we refuse to hear the warnings
As we divide ourselves into religious factions, quarreling
As the star-gate of judgment passes over once again
As blood flows thru our streets and is shed across continents
Incessant warring for control of God’s souls

Let us ask for forgiveness, to set Your Word and Truth upon our hearts
That Wisdom can speak and turn our faces towards You
That we will know and have that unwavering Faith that You are our God
By being mindful of Noah and the exemplary example he lived
As a rare and precious jewel in the crown of heaven

About just stevie

First and foremost...I am not a writer! That is very evident if you start from the beginning. These blogs are the result of an intense relationship with my heavenly Father and I wanted to put my thoughts into writing. Words and music are very powerful...together...each having it's own interpretation! This encourages me that every day be different, with new thoughts and directions. Even now, that surprises me when I go back and re-read an experience I've gone thru. I think I can say, that my writing has improved with time...enjoy...
